This VENTILATION INTENSE Coolbreeze Sliding Stall Door is manufactured with airflow and visibility in mind. The door’s top and bottom are constructed of schedule 40 round pickets of 1" diameter. Great for miniatures and foals! The round pickets are spaced with a 1” between bar space on the bottom 4’0” and 3” between bar spacing on the top 4’0” (or 3’0” for a 7’0” door.)
The highly ventilated and lumberless stall door is perfect for veterinary clinics and equine hospitals because it is easily washed and sanitized without the possibilities of rust.
The Coolbreeze Sliding Stall Door arrives completely assembled without anything to assemble! No loose pieces to put together! All the necessary hardware is included! Doors arrive complete with one self cleaning galvanized overhead round 8'0" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated Super latch, latch receiver plates, one neoprene adjustable stay roller and detailed installation instructions.
Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the door structure. Full height 8'0" vertical, square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity. Reinforced header channels as well as lower door panel reinforcements are added for durability and strength. Round bar pickets of 1” diameter schedule 40 throughout door grilles top and bottom. All aluminum used is at least 1/8" quality thickness, no thin 1/16" material is used in the construction of this door. Concealed weldments are throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the stall manufacturing industry.
This uniquely crafted stall door is manufactured to fit over your 4'0" wide by 8'0" high door opening and a 7-1/2" header above your 8'0" opening is necessary for the track to mount.
Also available is our 7' model, manufactured to fit over your 4'0" wide by 7'0" high door openings.
